The Hear Foundation was given the opportunity to serve as one of the sponsors for the L3 One Day Conference held February 29, 2024. Over 300 business, faith based, and non-profit leaders gathered to equip and refuel their leadership skills through inspirational keynote speakers, breakout sessions, and networking opportunities.
Leon Ford, co-founder and Director of External Affairs for The Hear Foundation, spoke at the event. He joined the likes of Anne Beiler (Founder of Auntie Anne’s Pretzels), Horst Shulze (Founder of Ritz Carlton Hotel Group), and Nisha Blackwell (Founder of Knotzland Bowties) to wow the crowd with their personal narratives of leadership, growth and faith. Leon won the crowd over with his message of healing and love, and they responded with a standing ovation.
