Gun Violence Reduction

The Hear Foundation focuses on reducing gun violence through community collaboration, educational initiatives, and policy advocacy to create safer neighborhoods.

Trauma Support

The Foundation provides trauma support by offering resources and programs that address the emotional and psychological impacts of violence, fostering healing and resilience in affected communities.

Workforce Development

Workforce development initiatives aim to empower individuals with the skills and opportunities needed for meaningful employment, reducing economic disparities and fostering long-term community stability.

Gun Violence By The Numbers

Gun violence hotspots include the North Side and Homewood neighborhoods. These numbers highlight the urgent need for our initiatives to reduce gun violence and create safe communities for all.
