Leon Ford’s birthday was March 16th and his big birthday wish is for people to help send kids interested in a career in law enforcement to the NOBLE (National Organization of Black Law Enforcement) Training Conference in New Orleans, August 9 to 13, 2024
The NOBLE Conference is an international gathering of over 2000 law enforcement professionals that represent cities and communities across the nation and world. The symposium will showcase leading law enforcement leaders at the federal, state, and local levels. Leon will attend the conference with several of our Black Pittsburgh Police officers.
Travel, hotel, and registration cost $5,000 for every three people The Hear Foundation sends. Leon would like to send 12 or more Pittsburgh folks to participate.
