The Hear Foundation is excited to announce our new hire Kahlil Darden as our Manager of Operations. With his dedication to changing the lives of young people within the region and his passion for making a positive impact, Kahlil is sure to be a valuable asset to the organization.
As the Manager of Operations, Kahlil will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the foundation, managing budgets and resources, and ensuring that all programs and services run smoothly and efficiently. He may also be responsible for recruiting and managing staff, developing strategic plans, and working closely with other members of the organization to achieve the foundation’s goals.
“This position is another way for me to play a pivotal role of impact within the community that built me up. Leon and I spoke about these days of being able to pour back into our community without limitations. That is exactly what we are doing at The Hear Foundation, continually finding ways to pour back into our youth to create sustainable life through community and policing.”
