The Hear Foundation was honored to attend A Safer Pennsylvania: Steel City Edition this past Friday, standing alongside Pittsburgh’s grassroots organizations, faith leaders, and city officials to address the urgent issue of gun violence. Our board members, including Allegheny County Department of Human Services Director Erin Dalton and Pittsburgh Police Chief Larry Scirotto, participated in the engaging discussions and sessions, emphasizing the importance of collaboration to drive change. Thanks to our event hosts, CeaseFirePA and NextGen America!
We believe in the power of this ecosystem that has rallied together to ensure Pittsburgh residents can live free from the trauma of gun violence. By working together, we can develop strategies that unite residents, police, and leaders in building a safer, thriving community for all.
